The ENDVAC team is made up of a diverse group of national and international staff and consultants who work at the Head Quarters in Vienna and field offices. Some individuals are home-based. This is an online assignment, and the successful candidate is expected to work closely with the ENDVAC Team Lead Communications Coordinator and also with the Programme Coordinator, while also supporting other team members on case by case programme needs.

• Work closely with the ENDVAC Team Lead Communications Coordinator (Helen) on developing and implementing communication and visibility workplans including media and social media strategies in support to the implementation activities? • Support the END VAC Global programme in managing its website through Web CMS and DMS and its social media platforms and managing social media monitoring tools. • Support the END VAC Global programme by developing graphic design and illustrations as well as editing videos through professional software (Rush, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) • Support the END VAC Global programme in developing communication and marketing tools through website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design, etc. • Support Monitoring and Evaluation across ENDVAC Communications Efforts and make recommendations to increase outreach and visibility.

Experience: - A minimum of two years of experience in communications is required. - Knowledge of web design is required. - Experience with Corporate Social Media is required. - Experience in supporting governance programs is desirable. - Experience within an International Organization or the United Nations system is desirable. - Working experience in programmes funded by the European Union is desirable.
