The ENDVAC team is made up of a diverse group of national and international staff and consultants who work at the Head Quarters in Vienna and field offices. Some individuals are home-based.

This is an online assignment and the successful candidate is expected to work closely with the ENDVAC Team Lead Communications Coordinator and also with the Programme Coordinator, while also supporting other team members on case by case programme needs.

Work closely with the ENDVAC Team Lead Communications Coordinator on developing and implementing communication and visibility workplans including media and social media strategies in support to the implementation activities.

Support the END VAC Global programme in creating content for website and social media platforms, developing high-level communications materials (e.g. press release, webstory, post, etc.).

Support the END VAC Global programme visibility, reputation, and positioning in this area of expertise by enhancing the outreach of the programme's materials and publications.

Support Monitoring and Evaluation across ENDVAC Communications Efforts and make recommendations to increase outreach and visibility.

Experience: - A minimum of two years of experience in communications is required. - Knowledge of web design is required. - Experience in supporting governance programs is desirable. - Experience within an International Organization or the United Nations system is desirable. - Working experience in programmes funded by the European Union is desirable.
