Support communication strategies for the GlobE Network.
You have:
- An advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in communications, journalism, international relations, political affairs or digital engagement is required.
- A first level university degree in similar fields in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
- A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in public information, communications, journalism, digital engagement or related area is required.
- Excellent writing skills and demonstrated experience in key stakeholder communications and digital engagement is required.
- Experience in organizing webinars, podcasts, producing videos and/or visually appealing graphics is desirable.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Knowledge of another official United Nations language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities - Ensure clear, and consistent messaging across the GlobE website, CEB and UNODC social media channels about the strategic focus and activities of the GlobE Network and its members. - Support the building of a community of GlobE member practitioners through communication material that attracts, engages, and inspires the GlobE membership to connect, collaborate on cases and empower themselves by using the GlobE services. This support includes a focus on digital engagement (including through the website, social media, webinars, podcasts, email campaigns, blog contributions, etc.). - Develop original and compelling content (e.g., backgrounders, briefs, brochures, audio-visual materials, presentations, newsletters, profiles, stories, press releases, digital communications’ materials, etc.) to create awareness of the GlobE Network activities and its impact, and to grow membership and encourage member uptake of the GlobE Network - Grow the GlobE Network’s social media presence, developing and curating content, following and engaging the anti-corruption community and GlobE member practitioners. - Share GlobE milestones across multiple channels using photos, videos, storytelling, testimonials, etc. and share examples of member practitioner successes. - Write feature stories and coordinate with the team to obtain thoughtful contributions, relevant news, photos, videos, member profiles, etc. for the GlobE Update, the quarterly GlobE newsletter. - Develop new and regular content for the website. - Support GlobE events with communication campaigns. - Ensure all work is filed on the GlobE Sharepoint and undertake any other work-related duty as may be required in relation to the GlobE Network communication and outreach strategy.

Languages English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For this post, fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official United Nations language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) is an advantage.
