In addition to supporting national processes to accelerate progress in human development, it is also noted for the leading role it plays in crisis response and early recovery. This is especially true in Ukraine, where the UNDP Resilience Building and Recovery Programme for the country seeks to support national authorities, civil society and communities through the ongoing war, modelling a humanitarian-development-peace nexus approach.
