You have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the NGO sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement creative and effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with a flair for clear and engaging content.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Polish (C2 or native level). Proficiency in Ukrainian/Belorussian is a big plus.
  • Demonstrated dedication to IRC's mission and values, with a focus on inclusion and collaboration.
