Overview
Join IRC as a Marketing Specialist to develop impactful marketing strategies.
You have:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the NGO sector.
- Proven ability to develop and implement creative and effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a flair for clear and engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Polish (C2 or native level). Proficiency in Ukrainian/Belorussian is a big plus.
- Demonstrated dedication to IRC's mission and values, with a focus on inclusion and collaboration.
