Result of Service This position is for 6 months commensurate with the duration of the said campaign. The total amount to be settled is $20,000, to be paid in four installments.

Timely delivery of all agreed-upon tasks and submission of the campaign elements by the set deadlines; Timely provision of concept, deliverables, and results; Positive feedback from All For Lebanon Taskforce.

Duties and Responsibilities Under the direct supervision of the Officer-in-Charge of the UN Information Centre in Beirut (UNIC), the communication specialist is required to perform the below functions in close coordination with UNIC National Information Officer and the #All4Lebnaon Taskforce:

Coordinate with the #All4Lebanon taskforce as part of the UN Communication Group (UNCG) for the development of the campaign’s concept note; attend the Taskforce regular meetings; take notes of action points and prepare presentations when need be;

Support in finalizing common messaging that informs the development of the campaign’s communication material in close coordination with UN Agencies, Funds, Programmes, and Missions in Lebanon

Draft human-centered stories in English and Arabic on UN Lebanon’s support to Lebanon (specific themes to be determined) that will be also adapted to videos and other social media content, including infographics, quizzes, static posts, etc.

Develop visuals and produce short videos for use and dissemination as part of the campaign;

Engage selected influencers in campaign, by promoting the campaign’s agreed-upon messages on their platforms;

Prepare a schedule of posting by UN entities and selected influencers of the final social media package;

Compile social media analytics and trends that will feed into the social media result report;

Produce a final campaign’s results report;

Provide support on ad-hoc communications matters relating to the #All4Lebanon campaign.

Qualifications/special skills Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in media, communication, journalism, public relations or any other relevant field is required.

Experience: Three years of experience in communication, especially in content creation, communication-related events’ organization, and proven experience in social media, video production, campaign development and implementation. Experience in an international setting is desirable. Languages Language: Excellent oral and written command of Arabic and English. Fluency in French is desirable.
