Result of Service - Timely distribution of Agenda, meeting material and minutes of meeting 5-7 days after every TTCP+FS meeting. - Updated Project pipeline and project progress tools on a weekly basis. . Updated Common Premises Platform. - Common Premises project budget document monitoring as required. - Preparation of material for communication, training etc. - Updated Website on a regular basis. - Prepare material for TTCP+FS Toolkit.

Work Location Remote (New York time)

Expected duration One Year

Duties and Responsibilities 1- schedules the TTCP+FS meetings and prepares the agenda, material for the meeting and minutes in coordination with the Chair and DCO Common Premises Lead and follows up with the respective members for implementation of action points. 2- On behalf of the TTCP Chair, the incumbent (a) Liaises through written and oral communication with all stakeholders. (b) appraises all communications received by the secretariat and coordinates with the relevant stakeholders to ensure they are responded to. (c) coordinates input of members to various documents and reports; (d) assists in the preparation of communications materials for various audiences including training material webinars and newsletters. (e) Assists in the preparation of reports to the BIG and other Senior management groups;

3- Coordinates with country focal points to maintain updated data on the common premises platform 4- Prepares material and updates the TTCP+FS toolkit as and when required. 5- assists with the preparation and management of the TTCP+FS budget. 6- ensure logistics coordination for Common Premises trainings and workshops 7- Monitors the project pipeline and progress of projects in coordination with DCO 8- ensures that material on common premises remains updated on the UN websites and various platforms.

Manages, researches, supports/performs other tasks as required by the TTCP work plan. Undertakes other activities linked to common premises support, as necessary.The latter may occasionally require the incumbent to undertake mission travel on TTCP projects

Qualifications/special skills Bachelor's degree in administration, architecture or a data related field or similar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative assistance role or project coordination is required Proficiency and experience in Microsoft words, excel and PowerPoint is a requirement. Working knowledge of the UNSDG is an asset, Experience in the construction industry is an asset. Experience with databases and platforms is an asset.

Languages The working language of the UN is English. Proficiency and Fluency both written and oral English is a requirement. Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an asset.
