Overview

Collaborate and consolidate publicized materials for Youth Co:Lab

You have:

  • Fluent in English; understanding of other Asian languages is preferred
  • Basic understanding or experience in marketing, communication and social media
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team as Online Volunteers
  • Willingness to commit 6-10 hours per week for 2 weeks

The Online Volunteers will work closely with Youth Co:Lab team on searching and consolidating for all the publicized materials, including those by regional office and 25 + country offices. A list of account and keywords for research will be provided by Youth Co:Lab team. The publicized materials include press releases, social media posts, posters and etc. At the end of the task, the Online Volunteers are expected to consolidate all the materials into a knowledge management platform such as trello. Two Online Volunteers are expected to work together as a team.

    The task plays a key role to ensure the consistency of Youth Co:Lab messages in countries where it has presence, and to develop further the outreach and communication engagement with our audience. Youth Co:Lab positions young people front and center in order to solve the region’s most pressing challenges. Co-created in 2017 by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Citi Foundation, Youth Co:Lab aims to establish a common agenda for countries in the Asia-Pacific region to empower and invest in youth, so that they can accelerate the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through leadership, social innovation and entrepreneurship. Youth Co:Lab has been implemented in 25 countries and territories across the Asia-Pacific.
