Salary range-12920,00 – 18620,00 MDL brut, based on experience and profile

Education & Work Experience:

Assistant:

˗ Minimum 1years of project management related experience;

˗ College diploma or University Degree (recommended);

˗ Basic Research Skills and attention to detail: Understanding of project management principles; collaboration in multidisciplinary teams. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple project tasks simultaneously.

Technical assistant:

˗ Minimum 2 years of project management related experience;

˗ College diploma or University Degree (highly recommended);

˗ Organizational skills: mastering time management & effective planning;

˗ Basic understanding of project management principles;

˗ Effective collaboration in multidisciplinary teams. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple project tasks simultaneously;

˗ Strong attention to details; ability to maintain project documentation; basic skills in research and analysis, monitoring partners' implemented activities. Analytical thinking.

Languages – Russian and Romanian (required), English (desirable),

Throughout its presence in the country, PIN has been contributing to the development of the following sectors: Sustainable Livelihood and Environment, Social Inclusion and Protection, Good Governance.

Position Overview:

The Project Assistant is part of the project management team of the Civil Society and Good Governance Programme Sector within the Relief and Development Department (RDD).

She/he together with the project manager and project officer is responsible for overall project support, including assistance to project/s administration, procurement, coordination of project events and activities, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and other on demand tasks of the Country Programme.

Duties & Responsibilities:

˗ Provide administrative and logistical support to all capacity building trainings, workshops meetings and other events organised under the framework of the Civil Society and Good Governance project/s.

˗ Support the Project Manager and or Programme manager with documentations and development of narrative reports on project implementation.

˗ Participate in regular coordination & steering committee meetings of the project.

˗ Contribute to translation of project related documents.

˗ In cooperation with the Project Manager, assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects, gather necessary M&E data and information for assessments implemented by the project.

˗ In cooperation with the Project Manager/ implementation team, conduct regular field visits to monitor field activities and contribute to partnership building among project partners and beneficiaries.

˗ Monitor the activities of grantees and / or partners and assist during the implementation of their initiatives upon request.

˗ ELO tracking / upload- all project specific files/contracts, associated to technical specifications related to the nature of the project activities. Keep project documentation (hard copies and in ELO) and work with finance and logistics staff to ensure all project procurements and contracts follow PIN and donor procedures.

˗ Provide on demand support to the Country Programme in Moldova (e.g. weekly standards, fundraising etc.), contribute to the preparation of evaluation reports and case studies.

˗ Implement other duties as required by the Project / Programme Managers.
