Coordinate HR activities and processes to support employee lifecycle

You have:

  • Experience in managing monthly payroll and employee benefits programs.
  • Experience in full cycle recruiting processes.
  • Experience in managing employee engagement activities.
  • Strong HR data management and reporting skills.
  • Ability to develop training materials and coordinate onboarding programs.

1, Compensation & Benefits: responsible for Monthly payroll, manage employee benefits programs, engage and manage related vendors, address employees’ queries on related areas;

2, Employee Life-cycle Mgt: manage day-to-day HR needs in onboarding, offboarding, employee info changes, probation mgt, labor contract renewal, terminations, data filing and other HR related needs related to operations, compliance and employee life-cycle;

3,HR Data & Report: responsible for high-quality HR personnel data input & maintenance, regular HR reporting (recruitment report, HC report, etc.)

4, Talent Acquisition: responsible for full cycle recruiting process by ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience, promote positive employer branding, develop diversified sourcing channels to attract potential talents, manage job websites and recruitment platforms, engage and manage relevant vendors;

5, Culture & Engagement: support to develop and maintain a positive and engaging working environment by continuously designing & organizing various employee engagement activities, utilizing an open-door policy and acknowledging employee problems or concerns in a timely and compassionate manner;

6, Supporting Employee Development: responsible for the coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation program, optimizing of onboarding trainings materials/processes; implement various training programs and learning activities, maintain effective training system in place;

7, Others: Assist in other assignments/projects as required by line manager.
