OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

L'objectifs du programme au profit duquel le staff est recrute est de fournir un appui technique pour reduire la mortalite et la morbidite infantiles et ameliorer la sante des adolescents a travers:Un soutien a la mise en œuvre, au suivi et a l'evaluation des programmes et des activites de sante infantile, juvenile, de la sante des adolescents et des jeunes y compris les activites de nutrition Une aide au ministere de la Sante a elaborer un modele de supervision formative;Un soutien a l'equipe technique du bureau pays

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Sous la supervision Generale de Madame la Representante de l'OMS au Togo, le titulaire du poste devra effectuer les taches specifiques suivantes :Assister le ministere de la Sante dans la mise en œuvre de la strategie SRMNJA dans ces volets relatifs a la sante de l'enfant, de l'adolescent/jeune et de la nutrition et contribuer a toutes les politiques et strategies pertinentes pour la sante des enfants, des adolescent/jeunes.Collaborer avec d'autres agences et partenaires a l'elaboration d'un plan harmonise et a un soutien harmonise pour sa mise en œuvre.Soutenir le ministere de la Sante pour la revue et l'adaptation des directives, des outils didactiques pour la formation sur la sante infantile, des adolescents/jeunes et des personnes agees.Appuyer le ministere de la Sante pour la mise en place de formations integrees pour renforcer les capacites, y compris la supervision au niveau national et des districts pour les interventions de sante infantile, des adolescents/jeunes nutrition comprise.Travailler avec d'autres personnes ressources du programme FRH et du cluster dans le developpement et le rapportage des KPI,pour le suivi et l'evaluation des programmes de SIAN Contribuer activement aux travaux de l'equipe-pays de l'OMS par exemple : la contribution technique par rapport a la sante infantile, des adolescents et des jeunes, fournir des rapports reguliers,y compris les rapports de mise en œuvre du plan de travail biennal. Contribuer au contenu technique des reunions, et participant aux reunions de coordination hebdomadaires.Contribuer activement aux activites du bureau de l'OMS, par exemple en fournissant un soutien specifique a d'autres groupes organiques Participer a la coordination de la mise en œuvre des financements mobilises pour le pays.Effectuer toutes autres taches pertinentes confiees par la Representante de l'OMS.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: Doctorat en Medecine specialise en sante publique obtenu aupres d'un institut accredite/reconnu. Desirable: Master en sante publique avec une specialisation en pediatrie, ou sante reproductive, ou nutrition epidemiologie, ou dans les domaines connexes.

Experience

Essential: Au moins 2 ans d'experience solide, au niveau national dans la planification, la mise enœuvre, la coordination, le suivi et l'evaluation des programmes SRMNJA et nutrition.Experience pratique dans l'amelioration des services de sante reproductive,maternelle, neonatale, infantile, des adolescents. Experience averee de collaboration etroite avec le gouvernement, les organismes gouvernementaux, lesONG et les organisations internationales Desirable: Experience dans le developpement et la conduite de programmes de formation pour le personnel de sante, elaboration de strategies pour le renforcement des capacites du systeme de sante et des ressourceshumaines pour reduire la morbidite et la mortalite maternelles, neonatales etinfantiles. Experiencede travail avec le systeme des Nations Unies ou avec une organisation non.

Connaissanceaveree de la gestion de SRMNJA et nutrition dans le contexte des objectifs dedeveloppement durable (ODD).Aptitudea mener des recherches et a analyser les resultats, a identifier les problemes,a formuler des opinions, a formuler des conclusions et des recommandations pourle renforcement des systemes de sante.

REMUNERATION

Remuneration comprises an annual base salary starting at XOF 19,350,000 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
