If you are hired as the Chief of Communication, you will lead a team of 12 colleagues in crafting our Communication Strategy, partnering with various areas of our organization and external stakeholders to promote meaningful and lasting impacts on the lives of millions of children in Mexico.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  • Advanced university degree (Master’s or PhD), preferably in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or other related fields of disciplines. (A first University Degree combined with 2 additional years of professional experience may be accepted in lieu of an Advanced University Degree in the field of journalism, communications, external relations, public affairs, public relations or corporate communications.)
  • Ten years of progressively responsible and relevant professional work experience in strategic communications and partnerships.
  • International and national work experience.
  • Supervisory and managerial experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (fluency is appreciated).
