Support project manager in cash-related activities and ensure effective project implementation.
You have:
- Bachelors in social science, or related degree.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience working with Non-food item (NFI) and cash distributions in a non-governmental organization (NGO) in humanitarian/recovery context.
- Strong familiarity with Afghanistan cash standards and international cash SPHERE standards.
- Extensive knowledge and work experience in Afghanistan, and preferably in the Southern and Western Provinces including Kandahar & Herat.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to achieve cooperation and agreement amongst diverse groups with competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks efficiently and with a calm attitude.
- Excellent time management skills and resourcefulness with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to engage with local communities and government authorities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Dari are required, Pashto is desired.
