You have:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in cash programming, cash distributions, or related roles, preferably in humanitarian or development projects.
- Proficient in conducting rapid assessments, market surveys, and beneficiary selection using standardized tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to share regular updates and reports with project management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a project team and coordinate with Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) teams.
- Understanding of and commitment to adhering to IRC policies and guidelines.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and local languages are required.

Job Description
Rapid Assessments and Surveys:
- - Conduct rapid assessments, market surveys, and beneficiary selection under the guidance of the Project Manager, ensuring adherence to high technical standards using agreed-upon tools and methodology.
Beneficiary Selection:
- - Ensure beneficiaries are selected based on project criteria, following a transparent and fair process.
Reporting:
- - Share weekly reports on a regular basis, keeping the Project Manager informed of progress.
Data Management:
- - Ensure that field data is accurately entered into the database in a timely manner, facilitating effective decision-making by the management.
Assessment Reports:
- - Produce initial assessment reports based on gathered data and findings.
Cash Distributions:
- - Support in planning and conducting livelihood cash distributions, maintaining high technical standards.
Meeting Participation:
- - Actively participate in weekly meetings and daily planning sessions to align activities with project goals.
Coordination with M&E:
- - Coordinate with the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team to ensure that distribution and Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) are conducted for each caseload.
Planning and Reporting:
- - Prepare weekly and monthly plans, as well as reports, providing comprehensive updates on project activities.
Beneficiary Documentation:
- - Maintain detailed beneficiary lists, including secondary data and relevant documents.
Filing System:
- - Develop and maintain an organized filing system for all project-related documents.
Collaboration:
- - Work closely with the project team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Policy Adherence:
- - Abide by IRC policies and guidelines, ensuring all activities are in compliance.
Ad Hoc Duties:
- - Undertake any other duties assigned by the Project Manager to contribute to the success of the project.
Cash Handling:
- - Receive and disburse cash in accordance with established procedures. - Count, verify, and record incoming and outgoing cash transactions.
Cash Management:
- - Maintain an accurate and organized cash drawer. - Monitor cash levels and request replenishments as needed. - Ensure the security of cash and follow proper protocols for cash storage.
Transaction Recording:
- - Accurately record all transactions in the cash register or accounting system. - Generate receipts for cash transactions.
Beneficiary or clients Services:
- - Provide excellent client service to beneficiary during cash transactions. - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to cash transactions.
Financial Reporting:
- - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports summarizing cash transactions. - Reconcile cash transactions with financial records.
Compliance:
- - Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. - Adhere to relevant regulatory requirements for cash transactions.
Documentation:
- - Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. - File and store financial documents securely.
Collaboration:

Experience:
