Major Responsibilities:

- Serve as supervisor and coordinator for the Services for Afghan Survivors of Combat (SASIC) and Survivors of Torture (SOT) Programs, which currently includes comprehensive case management, behavioral health services and referral services - Provide supervision, training, support, and mentorship to Program staff and interns. - Lead client eligibility, assessment and tiering processes, and ensure referrals and follow up. - Directly support comprehensive case management services to high needs survivors. - Coordinate comprehensive case management services across IRC teams and external partners. - Ensure services are culturally and linguistically appropriate and trauma-informed while promoting well-being and independence. - Ensure case files are kept updated, monitor all program data to ensure compliance to program guidelines, and prepare required reports for submission to funders. - Co-lead community engagement activities with MAPS-MCRC to engage ethnic and religious community based organizations in survivor support. - Support with internal and external staff training as needed. - Maintain and strengthen strategic partnerships with local medical providers, community organizations, county and state partners and represent IRC at stakeholder meetings - Generate provider-facing capacity building products, including but not limited to trainings, consultations, and resource materials (I.e., toolkits, promising practices, guidance documents, etc.) as well as client facing resource materials (I.e., factsheets, videos, brochures, etc.) - Utilize IRC’s People Management Standards including regular team and individual meetings, clear expectations, effective feedback, and responsive support - Ensure program staff engage in training on trauma-informed approach and other relevant professional development and work to incorporate trauma-informed approach into service delivery, workload management, and staff supervision and support - Support data collection and reporting - Participate in all program meetings, staff development activities, and fully engage as a member of the team - Manage and coordinate the biweekly and monthly coordination meetings with partners - Other related duties as assigned

Position Reports to: Health & Wellness Program lead

Position Supervises: SASIC case manager, SOT case manager

*Internal*****: All IRC Seattle program teams – Resettlement, Economic Empowerment, Survivor Services, Youth Program, Finance team, Operations team, Development team, interns and volunteers

*External*****: Harborview Medical Center, HealthPoint Community Health Centers, MAPS-MCRC, Washington State Department of Health, Seattle King County Public Health, Public Health Refugee Screening Program, Kabul Washington Association, Northwest Immigration Rights Project (NWIRP)

Job Requirements:

- MSW with at least two years of relevant clinical and social services experience. - Committed to anti-racism and continual learning and growth - Demonstrated success in managing and coordinating a multi-cultural team - Experience working with refugees, immigrant populations, or vulnerable populations - Experience in community health access, case management, health advocacy, community outreach, staff supervision and support, and partnership development - Experience with project design and proposal development - English proficiency, both spoken and written, and professional proficiency in relevant language(s) spoken by local refugee and immigrant communities - Highly organized self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to multi-task, prioritize duties and manage time effectively - Ability to approach stressful situations with a sense of humor and flexibility - High level of energy, self-confidence, and commitment to continuously improve service delivery - Superior communication and interpersonal skills - Access to reliable transportation to travel throughout the service delivery area

Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.

Working Environment:

- Standard, professional office environment; hybrid remote and in office; flexible work environment - May require occasional weekend and /or evening work
