Overview
Assist clients in career development and support program activities.
You have:
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Must be a US citizen or have US work authorization.
- Must be enrolled in a post-secondary institution or have graduated within last 2 years.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in social work, human services, career counseling, workforce development, or a related field.
- Strong interest in refugee/immigrant services, career development, and economic empowerment.
- Ability to work with diverse populations, including individuals with limited English proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
- Fluency in English required; bilingual candidates (Spanish, Haitian Creole, etc.) preferred.
