Develop a survey for CITES Parties and other relevant stakeholders, to collect information on 1) existing capacity-building support and initiatives; 2) priority capacity-building needs; 3) key capacity-building gaps; and 4) preferred types and formats of capacity-building support in order to provide an evidence base to inform consultations and support the identification of priority areas and common trends. iii.
