Support the implementation of NRC’s Camp Management project in Herat.
You have:
- Experience in project management within humanitarian settings.
- Strong coordination skills to work with site committees and humanitarian actors.
- Ability to engage and communicate with displaced families and communities.
- Understanding of camp management methodologies and rapid humanitarian response.
Contract

Purpose of the Job:
The Camp Management Assistant is responsible for supporting daily implementation of NRC’s Camp Management project in Herat, Afghanistan. This new project will use Camp Management methodologies to provide support to the collective sites in Herat, which are accommodating drought and conflict displaced families from Badghis and Ghor provinces. The project aims for Rapid humanitarian assistance, protection, and capacity building to conflict-affected communities.
S/He will work in close coordination with site committees and other humanitarian actors – including NRC other CCs - present in the site.
