The aim is to have an e-learning course that can be hosted online and studied by youths at the HTEIs to empower them with knowledge and skills on HIV, Gender-Based Violence prevention, Relationships and Resource Management. Long Description ---------------- **BACKGROUND** UNESCO is supporting the government to realize young people’s right to education, health, and well-being and to achieve an inclusive and gender- equal society. In collaboration with Ministry of Education and other partners, UNESCO strives to increase access to good quality CSE to learners in higher learning institutes. UNESCO launched the CSE online course in the selected universities that was considered appropriate for learners and gained support and created interest for scale out in all higher and tertiary institutions in Tanzania Long Description ---------------- **ASSIGNMENT** 1. Adapt content created by experts and produce multimedia content such as video, audio, animations, simulation, gamification and graphics to be incorporated in the final e-learning course version 2. Transform CSE course content into an interactive e-learning course incorporating edutainment multimedia content (pictures, animations, videos, simulation, games) 3. Design an e-Learning package that should be compatible with most mainstream eLearning platforms, Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), and LMS. For example, SCORM packages or Light Touch Installation (LTI) technology. 4. An individual or registered institution/company ii. Have at least 3 years of experience in developing eLearning courses for Online Distance Electronic Learning (ODeL) and the ability to create solutions that are designed to meet organizational goals. iii. Have a team of qualified experts, with a demonstrated track record in developing high-quality e-learning courses. iv. Extensive experience in creating edutainment multimedia for Online Distance Electronic Learning (ODeL) delivery. References and examples of past work are required and should be included in the CV. **DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- **Required Expertise and Qualification** v. Proficiency in working with standard online course authoring tools (Rise, Studio, captivate, articulate, etc.,) vi. Proficiency in coding interactive content (advanced learning activities, adaptive testing, games, and simulations using applications) with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Animation; vii. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Swahili Languages is Mandatory. **Desirable Qualification** Have education or skills in Instructional Design.
