Overview

Evaluate ICEE under UNESCO guidance and standards.

You have:

  • Eligibility to undertake paid work in the People's Republic of China or legally registered as an enterprise or organization.
  • Main personnel must have an advanced degree in fields such as science, engineering, education, social sciences, management, or economics.
  • At least ten years of working experience in leading evaluations for an international organization.
  • Understanding and knowledge of the engineering research and education status in China.
  • Knowledge of and experience in applying qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques and RBM principles.
  • Excellent analytical and drafting skills in English and Chinese, with writing samples required.
  • No previous involvement in the implementation of the activities under review.
  • 5 years of work experience with the UN or related assignments is preferred.
  • Experience with assignments focusing on multi-stakeholder partnerships, science education, or engineering education.
