A very exciting opportunity to join NRC Ukraine as a C&M Project Manager (CRM Product Development/ Business Analyst) to lead the project staff, Contribute to the development of Country, Area, and cash strategies, initiate and participate in the development of relevant cash projects, Coordinate and manage Cash project implementation (activities, budget, and project documentation) in line with proposals, strategies, and donor requirements, Liaise and collaborate with relevant local authorities and other key stakeholders

Background:

The Norwegian Refugee Council has been present in Ukraine since 2014, helping more than 700,000 people with food, shelter, water, sanitation, and legal assistance. Rapid change of situation in February 2022 during which whole Ukraine became affected by the conflict required significant scale-up of emergency programmes. In response to the large-scale of displacement of refugees fleeing Ukraine, NRC is in the process of setting up humanitarian operations for refugees arriving in Poland, Romania and Moldova. NRC will respond, focusing on an integrated approach that combines our sectoral areas of expertise – education, protection, urban displacement outside camps, legal aid (ICLA) and shelter – working to a great extent through local partners.

The bulk of NRC’s response is through Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance, leading to the creation of a regional Cash and Markets team who support the work carried out by the Ukraine Country Office Cash and Markets team. This regional team focuses on coherence (ensuring tools and approaches are standardized across the response), creativity (focusing on innovative thinking), collaboration (working with different departments and teams across NRC), accountability (being honest and transparent about challenges and successes) and creating an enabling environment whereby tools and skills are shared across NRC.

In support of the NEED-Cash system, as well as to other core competencies, NRC Ukraine is seeking to develop a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and has already engaged the services.. NRC is now seeking a Cash and Markets Manager (CRM Product Development) to lead the development from NRC. The Cash and Markets Manager (Client Relationship Management Product Development) is responsible for supporting the design, development, and evaluation of CRM platform. Coordinating with the Digital Community Hub Project Manager, Digital Cash Programme Manager and the D-team lead, the Cash and Markets Manager (Client Relationship Management Product Development) has responsibility for ensuring that NRC’s CRM design and development is relevant to the needs of NRC for Ukraine response, delivers in time and meets the optimum quality and requirements.
