JOB PURPOSE

To support Programme activities to liaise with beneficiaries and initiate required action.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)

Manage Beneficiary Feedback Mechanism for CBT programme beneficiaries.
Refer requisite action to related office within WFP and Partners.
Provide programme information and guidance to beneficiaries on entitlements and areas of support.
Provide weekly and monthly reports.
Perform any other duties.

STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Completion of secondary school education. Experience: Two or more years of experience in general administrative work.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Ability to work under minimum supervision. • Ability to follow standard business support processes and procedures. • Knowledge of standard office software packages (Microsoft word & Excel) • Ability to provide information using courtesy and tact. • Good attention to details.

Language: Fluency in Siwati and English oral and written communication
