You have:
- Bachelor's degree in international business, organizational change, data analytics or related field.
- At least one year of engagement, change management, innovation, and/or communications experience is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel or other similar data collection and assessment tools is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) along with professional manner and presentation is required.
- Fluency in written and oral English is required.
Result of Service The IC will contribute to the implementation of the Transformers scaling plan, specifically with the preparation of packages for clients, for facilitators/coaches, etc.

Expected duration 13 Feb - 12 Nov 2023
Duties and Responsibilities - Support activities related to transformation design services, including developing programmes, research, client engagement, communications plans, and more; - Support the finalization of key communications products, including elevator pitch, brochures, and other materials; - Support resource mobilization activities, including drafting proposals and outreach to potential donors; - Support activities related to scaling the Transformers programming, including coordination with clients, facilitation of events, and more; - Support business development activities related to promoting the Transformers programme, including responding to client requests and concerns, developing/maintaining tools, coordinating with other team members, and more; - Develop tools as determined by the plan to scale NewWork globally, including data collection tools to support impact assessment, visualizations, and more; - Support the alignment of team services with the broader APM service offerings and update good practice materials to align with the service approach; - Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications/special skills Bachelor's degree in international business, organizational change, data analytics or related field. Languages English and French are the working languages of the UN. Fluency in written and oral English is required.
