You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication and PR, or International Affairs.
- Five years of professional work experience in sales and marketing, with at least two years in fundraising support.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Serbian languages, both written and oral.
- Good knowledge of the business sector in Serbia, including networks and platforms.
- PC literacy required for administrative tasks and communication.

UNICEF Serbia is committed to working with the business sector to deliver results for children. Our Fundraising Section requires regular administrative and technical support around the business sector engagement.
The contractor will assist in the administrative support related to the engagement of the corporate sector. The assignment includes overseeing of all activities to retain and expand the existing partnerships (‘account management’), and to acquire new partners (‘new business development’), as well as to support the communication-related activities in support of non-financial engagement of the business sector.
Duration of the assignment: June 2022 – May 2023 (full-time, office-based, with a possibility for extension)
Task description:
- Assist the Fundraising Specialist in the administration of the newly mobilized business partners who contributed to the response to UNICEF’s appeals.
- Assist the Fundraising Specialist and Corporate Fundraising Officer in the development of corporate partnerships that include gaining access to companies’ networks (consumers, employees, stores, etc.) and provision of technical expertise in support of UNICEF’s work in Serbia.
- Support the Fundraising Specialist and Corporate Fundraising Officer in the preparation of the communication materials for the engagement of employees of the current and new corporate partners.
- Support the Fundraising Specialist in the activation of the business networks to provide internship practices and other activities that support the achievement of programme results for UNICEF Serbia.
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills required:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication and PR, or International Affairs.
- Five years of professional work experience in sales and marketing, of which at least two years is closely related to the support of fundraising.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Serbian languages, both written and oral.
- Good knowledge of the business sector in Serbia, as well as business networks and business platforms.
- PC literacy.
How to apply:
The application must include a financial proposal in RSD as a separate document, providing the following information:
- Daily rate (all costs included, e.g. health insurance, pension, usage of mobile phone),
- Daily travel allowance for an overnight stay in Serbia (including accommodation),
- Transportation costs per km (for travel within Serbia).
