Strategic Leadership
To fulfil World Vision's Our Promise - this important function will play a significant role in streamlining World Vision SAPs corporate and philanthropic fundraising strategies and supporting the development of new funding sources for lon- term, non-sponsorship development Build and support FO capabilities to engage corporate donors and foundations, bringing marketing and national resource development functions closer together Support and advise on the recruitment, development, retention, oversight and leadership of FO fundraising teams Strengthen collaboration between SAP NRD countries (including BGD when their parallel entity is formalised) Leverage and integrate various revenue streams for maximum potential (our new RD structure enables this) Support FO’s to map priorities for NRD countries (eg. diaspora, social impact investing, corporate social investment, etc.) and Establish regular Community of Practice for NRD leads to learn and collaborate where useful. Lead the creation, implementation and review of a regional, strategic corporate and foundation engagement and stewardship plan

Stakeholder Engagement
Lead, cultivate and steward regional relationships with strategic corporate and foundation partners in support of the Field Office Teams and according to the Corporate and Foundation Engagement and Stewardship Plan Support FO’s to deepen existing relationships and coordinate effective engagement more broadly Identify and grow new partnerships and facilitate national and regional cooperation opportunities with FOs & relevant SOs Identify and research potential corporate partners whose values align with the organization's mission and objectives. Lead the development and management of account plans that include both short and long-term growth opportunities across multiple SAP countries where applicable Support FO fundraising leads by sharing research and intel to develop solutions. Collaborate with other regional and partnership functions across the organization to develop effective fundraising collateral, materials and resources to engage identified prospects, as well as materials to support senior leadership meetings with prospects and potential partners.

Donor mapping and prospect research
Identify prospects and support acquisition of new cash and in-kind business Advise on market analysis, mapping prospect research and information as required to support Local Resource Development Teams in identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding Corporate and Foundation partners In conjunction with partnership entities and Regional Grants Manager, advise on relevant global market insights and intelligence across the SAP region Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in corporate philanthropy, corporate social responsibility and ESG Share intel with SAP SMT, SAP FO’s, and broader partnership on a regular basis Ensure all necessary due diligence for engagement with corporations and foundations are conducted to Partnership standards and any “yellow” rated relationships are raised to the Regional Director for Resource Mobilisation for evaluation.
