You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with enterprise architecture tools and methodologies.
- Certification in business analysis or enterprise architecture (e.g., CBAP, TOGAF) is a plus.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification or experience in Agile delivery is a plus.
- Proven experience with Enterprise Architecture solution is mandatory. ORBUS experience is a plus.
- Strong English (written and spoken) is a must, French is a plus.

Purpose
The Business Architect will be responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the architecture team and Enterprise Architecture Platform (ORBUS).
This role is essential whose purpose is to:
- Support institutional strategy in term of business capabilities and processes,
- Help business leaders enable their future-state business capabilities,
- Provide decision-making support into architecture boards,
- Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, simplification and cost reductions,
- Support BPMN standards design, best practices and communities.
Accountabilities & Functional responsibilities
- Proposes improvements to support information systems and to processes that use business-process analysis.
- Works to understand and document business requirements by conducting brainstorming sessions, interviews, workshops, etc.
- Contributes to the setting the overall testing strategy.
- Provides support during handover and training of users in both the ICT Division and other divisions (operations handover).
- Provides support in and contributes to drafting the business analyst best practices (supports fellow business analysts, develops standards and templates and promotes continuous improvement).
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Understanding institutional and transversal/common business needs,
- Identifying transversal activities and processes, identifying opportunities for harmonization and efficiency gains,
- Provide support for Digital Transformation initiatives around capabilities and processes redesign,
- Promote / training about Enterprise Solution (ORBUS) value to IT and Business stakeholders,
- Support locally in Manilla the recruitment process/onboarding for internal/external related to architecture enterprise solution,
- Follow and drive activities related to local external consultants working for Architecture Solution delivery.
Relationships
- This role is required to work with a wide variety of teams and people. The role holder must have the capability to work with business and IT stakeholders across different departments and have access to them and create strong ties within different business units.
- The role holder will work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers and Solution Architects.
- This role reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer.
Certifications / Education required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with enterprise architecture tools and methodologies.
- Certification in business analysis or enterprise architecture (e.g., CBAP, TOGAF) is a plus.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification or experience into Agile delivery is a plus
- ORBUS Enterprise Architecture certification (or experience) is a plus
Professional Experience required
Architecture skills:
- Must demonstrate strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts (frameworks, meta-models, development methodologies, As-Is and to-be architectures).
- Proven experience in business analysis, process design, and solution architecture.
- Proficiency in business process modelling tools and techniques.
- Must have strong analytical skills, be able to understand both big picture and detailed perspectives.
- Proven Experience with Enterprise Architecture solution is mandatory. ORBUS experience is a plus.
Non-technical skills:
- Communication and Collaboration — should be able to communicate and adapt to different stakeholder groups between technical vs business stakeholder.
- International and multicultural — Experience in a complex and diverse international environment is a plus.
- Language — Strong English (written and spoken) is a must, French is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
