You have:

• University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
• Four years of relevant professional experience in the field of accounting, finance, budgeting or management reporting.
• Completed High school degree from an accredited academic institution, with six years of relevant professional experience.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Experience of EU compliance and rules, a strong advantage.
• Experience in audit, an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of SAP accounting systems, generally accepted accounting principles, and internal controls, an advantage.
• Computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skill.

Job Description Position Title: Budget Monitoring and Reporting Assistant Job classification: G-6 Duty station: Manila (Global) Administrative Centre (MAC) Type of Appointment: One-Year Fixed-Term with possibility of extension Salary: PHP 746,790 per annum net of taxes

Context Under the overall guidance of the Director of the Global Data Institute (GDI), functional supervision of the Senior Regional Project Manager [DTM REMAP] based in Berlin, Germany and administrative supervision of the National Finance and Administrative Officer based at the Manila Administrative Centre (MAC), and in close coordination with RMU unit at GDI and IOM Germany, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating the resources management functions, including monitoring, budgeting and reporting of the DTM REMAP project and supporting the IOM Country Offices under the project.

Required Qualifications and Experience Education: University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or a related field from an accredited academic institution, with four years of relevant professional experience in the field of accounting, finance, budgeting or management reporting; or Completed High school degree from an accredited academic institution, with six years of relevant professional experience; Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
