OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

Des unites d'appui administratif aux pays (CSU) ont ete creees dans la structure organisationnelle pour aider les Charges de Programme et les membres du personnel a assumer pleinement leurs responsabilites dans l'environnement du Systeme mondial de gestion (GSM) et garantir le respect des politiques, procedures, regles et reglements institutionnels sur toutes les questions et transactions administratives et financieres.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Preparer les cheques pour le paiement des fournisseurs et des instructions de paiementsS'assurer du controle de qualite pour chaque transaction engagee,surtout le suivi et la verification des pieces justificatives pour la comptabilisation des charges en rapport avec l'acquisition de biens et servicesPreparer les documents comptables en vue de l'enregistrement des transactions financieres Classer les pieces justificatives et les documents comptables Envoyer les factures des fournisseurs au Centre mondial des Services (GSC) pour demander le paiement des fournisseurs Suivre rigoureusement les paiements des fournisseurs avec le Centre des paiements de Kuala LumpurFaire la liaison avec les responsables des banques locales en vue d'obtenir des renseignements a jour sur les taux de change et d'interets, les modifications apportees aux procedures et reglements et les questions touchant la tenue des comptes bancaires du Bureau Appuyer les superieurs hierarchiques dans tous les aspects de la tenue des comptes et du controle budgetaire, par des rapports sur la situation financiere, les procedures, le taux de change, les couts et depenses, ainsi que les problemes de financement eventuels Appuyer dans l'etablissement des donnees financieres destinees aux previsions budgetaires et FinancieresTenir le Petty cash et les livres de caisseAssurer la concordance des soldes des comptes du grand livre et des releves bancaires et de caisse Effectuer toute autre tache demandee par le superieur hierarchique

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: Etre titulaire d'un diplome de secondaire avec une formation en gestion, finances ou comptabilite ou d'autres domaines connexes. Desirable: Expertise comptable ou un diplome d'etudes superieures enc omptabilite ou finance serait un atout

Experience

Essential: Avoir une experience professionnelle de 5 ans dans les domaines lies a la finance, a la budgetisation et/ou a la comptabilite. Desirable: Une experience dans une institution du systeme des Nations Unies ou dans une organisation internationale ou multinationale serait un avantage

Skills

Une connaissance approfondie des principes comptables, budgetaires et de gestion financiere et de leur application.Une excellente comprehension des pratiques et procedures comptables, y compris l'application des normes comptables internationales du secteur public (IPSAS).De solides competences en matiere analytique, de gestion du temps et de reglement des problemes. La connaissance des regles, reglements, politiques et pratiques de l'OMS serait unatout.

REMUNERATION

WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at XOF 9,320,000 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
