The Nature for Life Hub is a leading virtual event and global communications campaign hosted annually by the United Nations Development Programme and its partners. Together we work to put nature at the heart of sustainable development by convening world leaders, businesses, NGOs, Indigenous Peoples, youth leaders and activists to take ambitious action on nature.
We are looking for an Online Volunteer to support the translation and subtitling of a short dialogue video from Portuguese to English for the Nature for Life Hub. The video (under 10 minutes) will be shared with the selected volunteer, who will translate the content and add English subtitles.
We are looking for a candidate with professional translation experience and native or fluent proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese and English. A general understanding of global development and environmental or sustainability issues is also important.
