Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify prospective sponsors and donors either from partner churches, schools, associations, and corporations, and fan groups through telemarketing, emailing, sending SMS, and using social media platforms
  • Convert contacts or new leads to actual pledgers by explaining briefly and passionately about World Vision, the Child Sponsorship program and other Private Non Sponsorship campaigns
  • Follow-up incomplete sign-ups or transactions under Direct Marketing Team
  • Re-engage former sponsors of cancelled accounts
  • Encode completely and accurately all information, call logs, and conversations with prospects in SIMMA Help maintain, update, and grow the records/database of volunteer
  • Coordinate properly with partners, other teams and departments all details of the employee engagement activity in World Vision event site and make sure activities are smoothly implemented Promote World Vision campaigns through telemarketing, email, SMS, and other channels used by Direct Marketing Team, and participate in planning, implementing, and providing data for reports of campaigns.
