Verification of beneficiaries as per their order of arrival in close coordination with Admitters of WVE and shurta (Crowd controller)

Refer beneficiaries that will not be fulfilling the verification process to litigation teams of UNHCR.

Direct and refer beneficiaries to the commodity collection center

Coordinate and cross check with Admitters, registration and litigation teams of UNHCR

  • Verification of beneficiaries as per their order of arrival in close coordination with Admitters of WVE and shurta (Crowd controller)
  • Refer beneficiaries that will not be fulfilling the verification process to litigation teams of UNHCR.
  • Direct and refer beneficiaries to the commodity collection center.
  • Coordinate and cross check with Admitters, registration and litigation teams of UNHCR.

Qualification required: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience

  • Degree in information technology or related filled
  • trained in digital technology such as GDT, LMMs etc.

Required Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years and above in a similar or related positions

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Digital registration, verification of beneficiaries
  • Strong MS office (Word, Excel, etc.) and the ability to use new technology, Knowledge of commodity management and documentation.

  • Patience, good relations with other people, good capacity to work in a team, capacity to manage priorities, precision, capacity to share knowledge and train colleagues, knowing the local language; willingness to work under pressure and extra hours.
  • Ability to perform field assignments and willingness to travel for long period of time in difficult terrain, harsh and demanding conditions.
  • Computer literacy is an added advantage.
