Overview
Assist in project supervision and promote behavior change strategies.
You have:
- A university degree in Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Rural Development, Gender Studies or other relevant discipline ideally from a foreign institution.
- 12 years of relevant work experience in design and implementation of Behavior Change and Capacity Development programs.
- Experience working in WASH-related projects with international donors.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong commitment to gender parity and female participation in project activities.
