Overview

Assist in project supervision and promote behavior change strategies.

You have:

  • A university degree in Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Rural Development, Gender Studies or other relevant discipline ideally from a foreign institution.
  • 12 years of relevant work experience in design and implementation of Behavior Change and Capacity Development programs.
  • Experience working in WASH-related projects with international donors.
  • Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong commitment to gender parity and female participation in project activities.
