Manage HR functions and provide support to the team and mission.
You have:
- Management and maintenance of HR database systems and applications (OPS, ASIST, ERA, CMS) is required.
- Experience in HR procurement and records management.
- Strong customer service skills required to support the mission.
- Ability to perform HR reporting and data calls is necessary.
- Routine personnel management experience is needed.
The Human Resources Assistant serves in the Human Resources Section of the Executive Office, USAID/Bangladesh. The Job Holder is responsible for variety of Human Resource functions, such as management and maintenance of HR database systems and applications (OPS, ASIST, ERA, CMS); HR Procurement; records management; HR Reporting and Data Calls; support to the HR team in the delivery of HR services to the Mission, and routine personnel management and customer service support to the Mission. S/he serves as the alternate POC for the Mission Awards Program.
