Face-to-Face Fundraising has been identified as a central technique for pledge acquisition and therefore the office plans to expand this activity during the next two years. UNICEF Serbia manages in-house the Face-to-Face Fundraising activities, which has resulted in intense human resources management, including recruitment, administration and supervision of Face-to-Face Fundraising individual contractors, as well as back-end support.

Individual contractors for Back-end Processing, who will be reporting to the Fundraising Officer (Individual Fundraising), will be assigned to perform administrative and logistics tasks that relate to the welcome calling of new pledge donors, completion of the missing data of incomplete application forms, uploading of donors’ data in the donors’ file and Donor Perfect, and production of fundraiser/team leader performance reports. The incumbents will also visit the sites where face to face fundraising activities take place and check if the administrative assignments related to donor acquisition are correctly implemented.

Tasks:

1. Perform regular upload of donors’ data based on the completed pledge application forms
2. Conduct welcome calls with newly recruited donors and ensure effective and efficient communication with them
3. Produce fundraiser/team leader/manager performance reports
4. Perform telemarketing to donors for ensuring completion of the missing data from the pledge application form
5. Visit locations where face to face individual contractors work once a week

Knowledge/Expertise/Skills required:

• Secondary school degree.
• Two years of progressive and measurable proven experience in customer relations, administration and data entry.
• Experience in working with online databases is an asset.
• Ability to analyze data and apply technical expertise.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team.
• A high level of customer-orientation.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both Serbian and English.
• Good command of MS Excel.
