You have:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strong project management and coordination skills, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience living and working in a CHAI program country within the relevant region
