The incumbent will work full-time to implement the tasks in line with the Sector’s approved programme, strategic objectives and priorities as defined in the prevailing C/4 and C/5 documents. The incumbent shall assist in: - Coordinating budget planning and monitoring of the regular programme implementation of all expected results, and identifying budget discrepancies, undertaking operational risk analysis and proposing relevant remedial actions for satisfactory budgetary monitoring of the programme. - Preparing integrated budget and accurate financial information to serve for CLT/CEM convention’s working documents of the Executive Board and the General Conference, and ensuring the accuracy of the financial information of statutory documents. Long Description ---------------- - Preparing regular budget performance reports, analysing past and present expenditures, and proposing budget scenarios for decision making, monitoring exercises and reporting. - Preparing budgets for new extra-budgetary projects, ensuring the accuracy of final financial reports and finalizing the budget elements of the concept notes submitted by the Entity’s respective units.
