Long Description ---------------- In particular the incumbent will: - Support the overall management of the project, including facilitating timely implementation of project activities, preparing project work-plans, progress reports, and budgetary financial reporting. Prepare project procurement, and visibility communication strategies. - Coordinate with donors, EU and FAO, to fulfill reporting requirements in a timely manner. - Provide technical assistance for coordination and management of the high-level Tonle Sap Biosphere Reserve Coordinating Committee TSBR-CC. Support smooth functioning of the secretariat of the high-level TSBR-CC, including effective relationship and data-management for the TSBR’s activities. Long Description ---------------- - Liaise with national partners, UNESCO’s regional and global teams, development partners, and relevant stakeholders, to provide assistance in determining project progress, identifying barriers, and supporting timely implementation of project activities. - Support in identifying experts and partners, including preparing Terms of Reference and providing technical assistance for subject-expert missions, assessments and studies. - Manage and conduct field-level missions, in consultation with subject-experts, officials, and relevant project partners to undertake assessments, establish baselines and provide technical assistance for improving management of the lake.
