Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship

The position is assigned to the Transport Sector Office (SG-TRA) within the Sectors Group (SG). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines. You will report to the Director, Transport.

Your Role

You will provide analytical and statistical support with respect to the assigned project portfolio, mainly in Central and West Asia and East Asia Regions, including technical support in portfolio management, project administration, project processing activities related to loans and technical assistance (TA), knowledge work, and budget management activities. You will provide oversight support to the work of the associate project analysts and assistants in coordinating and consolidating information to achieve a specific functional result. You will report to designated International Staff (IS) and Senior National Staff (NS).

Additional Information

ADB will be rolling-out a new job grading structure on 1 January 2025, which may result in a change of the position grade and title with no change in the terms of reference.
