- Minimum two years of relevant professional experience in the field of learning design of online or hybrid courses, ideally with one year at international level.
- Experience in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of online and F2F training for adults.
- Demonstrated experience of working in diverse and multicultural teams.
- Demonstrated experience in the management of the Moodle learning management system.
- Ability to work effectively with content experts, coordinators and course teams.
- Excellent knowledge of theories and learning design approaches in adult education and training in the context of developing countries.
- Effective coordination of training courses throughout their lifecycle.
- Ability to use authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or similar tools, as well as video and audio editing software.
- Creativity and innovation to identify new ideas and tools to solve problems to meet learners and instructors' needs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

They will work with the TEP team and content experts to develop and deliver courses that are systematically designed and reflect a consistent implementation of IIEP's training approach with high and consistent quality levels for learners across the Institute's training programme offerings. The incumbents will have the following duties and responsibilities: **a) Learning design (Course lifecycle)** - Manage the whole learning cycle from the design to the development, delivery and evaluation of IIEP's courses and learning solutions to ensure their successful implementation. - Work in cooperation with programme coordinators or content experts in the design or revision of IIEP's courses based on the analysis of participants' profiles, their learning needs and contexts. - Work with programme coordinators or content experts in the delivery of courses to select effective pedagogy, tutoring and participants assessment strategies to meet course objectives and ensure consistency of the IIEP credentialling system. - Develop and update multimedia resources (videos, interactive presentations, podcasts, tutorials, online documents etc.) for online courses using e-learning authoring tools, Upload course materials on Moodle. - Facilitate participants learning (follow-up participants’ learning achievements and identify effective tutoring strategies to ensure course completion). - Support the evaluation of courses to assess their results and provide feedback for improvement of future editions. - Ensure administrative follow-up of participants' use of the platform during the organization and implementation of courses.
