Provide procurement support for the Africa Trade Competitiveness and Market Access Programme.

You have:

A first level university degree in business administration, economics, law, public administration, commerce, or other related discipline is required.
An advanced university degree or Doctorate in the same fields are accepted with a reduced requirement for years of professional experience.
At least 6 years of relevant professional experience for candidates with a first-level university degree.
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience for candidates with an advanced university degree.
At least 1 year of relevant professional experience for candidates with a Doctorate.
Professional experience in the areas of procurement, grants management, business management services, supply chain management is required.
Experience working with EU-funded programmes is desirable.
Familiarity with the African development context is desirable.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment is required.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
Fluency and/or working knowledge of other official UN languages particularly French is desirable.
At least UNDP CIPS Level 2 certificate or equivalent recognized qualification in procurement is desirable.
