Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship The position of Associate Procurement Analyst is assigned to the Procurement Support Unit (PSU) of the Procurement Division 1 within the Procurement, Portfolio and Financial Management Department (PPFD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.

You will report to the designated International Staff and senior National Staff.

Your Role

As an Associate Procurement Analyst, you will provide active support in the development and management of the information technology (IT) systems covering Executing Agency (EA)-administered procurement, tracking of procurement complaints, updating of standard procurement documents, and preparation of periodic and special reports produced by the team.
