Overview
Provide technical assistance to scale up integrated Primary Health Care with focus on NCD and eye services.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in public health, health management or a related field with strong academic performance.
- 4–5 years of professional experience in the public or private health sector, with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.
- Excellent proficiency at Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and/or other data-analysis tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build strong and effective working relationships with government and other stakeholders, including in cross-cultural settings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities and work independently with minimal instruction.
- Goal-oriented with high attention to detail and openness to feedback alongside strong commitment to teamwork.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English for business purposes, including the ability to prepare and present compelling presentations and represent CHAI externally.
- Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
- Past work experience in PHC, NCDs and/or Assistive Technologies is preferred.
