Support market shaping and cost-effectiveness analysis for mental health programming.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, global health, economics, public policy, or a related field.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in Excel modeling and data interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable outputs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and function in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • High level of initiative, independence, and professionalism.
  • Experience with health economic evaluation (e.g., cost-effectiveness analysis, unit costing, budget impact analysis) or health financing.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical access challenges in LMICs, especially related to mental health or non-communicable diseases.
  • Understanding of market shaping tools (e.g., pooled procurement, volume guarantees).
  • Experience working within the field of global mental health.
  • Experience working with Ministries of Health, global donors, or multilateral organizations.
  • Fluency in a second language spoken in CHAI program countries.
