Overview

Support implementation of maternal and newborn health programs with MoH in Malawi.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Nursing and Midwifery, Public health, Social Sciences with experience in SRMNH.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a demanding, results-oriented environment in the public and/or private sector.
  • Experience in sexual reproductive maternal and newborn health program implementation.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required, including experience using Excel for quantitative analyses or costing.
  • Great ability to communicate effectively using PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, and ability to use data to inform program development and strategy and to present results in both narrative and graphic form.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, multitask, and set and achieve ambitious targets with limited guidance.
  • Experience working with Ministry of Health and partners within the SRMNH sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to be effective in high-pressure situations and adapt to fast-paced and changing environments with a strong commitment to excellence, both internally and externally.
