You have:
- Complete 2nd year of University (2024) or have finished undergraduate degree in the last 2 years, or completed a postgraduate degree in the last 12 months.
- Passion for health policy, politics and strong political acumen.

- Insatiable curiosity.

About The Programme
With our 2024 Associate Internship Programme you will join our health policy team in London for 8 weeks and will work closely with our Policy, Politics and Political Leaderships teams.
About the Policy & Politics Team
TBI’s Policy & Politics (P&P) function is where radical-but-practical ideas are developed and tested. This team of political practitioners, policy experts, academics, sectoral experts, geopolitical strategists, and more, combine to challenge traditional orthodoxy, influence the policy debate, provoke new ways of thinking about our biggest policy challenges, and offer ground-breaking policy solutions rooted in practical reality.
What will I do?
As an Associate Intern in the health policy team there will be an array of opportunities for you to gain experience, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across the globe. Our primary work programme is exploring and developing what the healthcare systems of the future look like. Technology and artificial intelligence are driving a revolution in healthcare that will radically transform our lives, yet our healthcare systems are ill-equipped to fully capture these benefits or meet the increasingly diverse demands of the modern population.
By joining our Programme, you will be part of a small team and actively contribute to the development of this work programme, gaining genuine insights into TBI and witnessing first-hand how we excel as problem-solvers and communicators, offering comprehensive guidance to political leaders.
Throughout the Programme you will actively contribute to specific projects, playing a role in driving meaningful change. Receiving mentorship from experienced colleagues and developing a holistic understanding of life at TBI.
What do I need to apply?
- We welcome applications from those who will be completing their 2nd year of University (2024) through to having finished their undergraduate degree in the last 2 years. Or have completed a post graduate degree in the last 12 months.
