Overview
Drive digital transformation for sustainable health financing.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, health sciences, data analytics/science, public policy, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- At least six years’ working experience with increasing levels of responsibility in management consulting, business analysis, project management, or similar role
- Experience in handling and managing large datasets and creating well documented dashboards (PowerBI, Shiny, SuperSet et cetera)
- Exceptional project management skills with an ability to manage and execute complex work plans
- Flexibility, sensitivity, and ability to adapt to varying working styles of different teams within CHAI
- Experience providing clear guidance and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders on context-appropriate technology solutions
- Familiarity with standards for interoperability, data privacy and security, and cybersecurity
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic, integrity, credibility, and dedication to CHAI's mission
- High levels of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
