Overview
Support implementation of health system strengthening activities in Burkina Faso.
You have:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in public health, project management, political science, public policy, health economics, or any relevant discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in project management in demanding environments (international organizations, public administration, health programs, etc.).
- Mandatory experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa, in the health sector (public health, health programs, health systems, financing, etc.).
- Strongly valued: experience working with a Ministry of Health or other government institution.
- Demonstrated experience in multi-stakeholder coordination and managing complex activities.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Skills in monitoring-evaluation and data analysis are an asset.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of French and at least an intermediate level of English.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a complex and dynamic environment.
