You have:

Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative modeling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work independently.
Ability to drive forward assigned workstreams effectively (e.g., through thoughtful work planning, priority setting, stakeholder engagement).
Ability to build collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including more senior-level individuals.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
