The mission of the Associate Editor (English) will be to participate in the elaboration of the content published in the UNESCO Courier, to ensure the quality of the English edition of the magazine and to play an active role in its promotion, especially on social networks. It is key for the editorial contribution to the magazine, as well as for its promotion. Within this context, the incumbent's main tasks will be to: Long Description ---------------- **I. Take part in the editorial work of the Courier:** - Explore English-speaking sources to suggest ideas of articles to be published in the magazine in accordance with the editorial line. - Write and edit texts and interviews. - Identify external contributors and commission articles. - Proofread and edit articles. - Ensure accuracy and quality of the texts. - Help develop Courier podcasts.
