Overview
Support design and implementation of strategies for reducing morbidity and mortality of people living with HIV.
You have:
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum of ten years of relevant work experience in global health, healthcare market shaping, HIV program management, or access to medicines.
- Proven experience in designing and executing market shaping strategies for therapeutics and diagnostics, preferably within HIV/AIDS programs or infectious diseases.
- Strong understanding of HIV treatment and diagnostics landscape, particularly in relation to Advanced HIV Disease (AHD) and pediatric HIV care.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with product development partnerships such as DNDi, donors like Unitaid, and generic pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Experience in donor engagement, fundraising, and supporting new business development efforts in global health programs.
- Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and risk mitigation skills.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-country, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track progress, adapt strategies based on emerging needs, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multicultural teams and geographies.
- Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams such as HAP and GMT.
