Support design and implementation of strategies for reducing morbidity and mortality of people living with HIV.

You have:

Master’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field.
Minimum of ten years of relevant work experience in global health, healthcare market shaping, HIV program management, or access to medicines.
Proven experience in designing and executing market shaping strategies for therapeutics and diagnostics, preferably within HIV/AIDS programs or infectious diseases.
Strong understanding of HIV treatment and diagnostics landscape, particularly in relation to Advanced HIV Disease (AHD) and pediatric HIV care.
Demonstrated ability to engage with product development partnerships such as DNDi, donors like Unitaid, and generic pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Experience in donor engagement, fundraising, and supporting new business development efforts in global health programs.
Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and risk mitigation skills.
Ability to manage complex, multi-country, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track progress, adapt strategies based on emerging needs, and drive measurable outcomes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multicultural teams and geographies.
Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams such as HAP and GMT.
